Aquatic Fitness Class Schedule

Aquatic Fitness Classes

We offer fitness classes 6x days a week. Please be sure to check our program page to see which class is taking place daily. Please note that if a substitute is teaching, the class format may change. We offer a wide variety of classes ranging from low impact to a rigorous full-body workout. As with all exercise, it is a good idea to check with your doctor before starting an exercise program.

Aquatic Program Descriptions

Water exercise eliminates any pounding pressure on joints while providing a stimulating workout. Non-swimmers welcome to every class. During each class the student can modify the moves to make it more appropriate for their physical level, needs & limitations.

Aqua Core: This class is designed to tone & tighten the core muscles and to help improve core strength, balance and flexibility. 

Deep Water/Boot Camp: Will improve your balance, increase strength & flexibility. Expect the unexpected.

Full Body Blast: This is a shallow water, high intensity workout designed to improve whole-body fitness by challenging your core, posture, balance and strength without causing stress to your joints. This is a realistic approach to developing a healthy body. Modifications are provided so you can customize your workouts based on your individual goals.

Hydro-Pump & Cardio: This Saturday morning mix is done to popular music that concentrates on both lower and upper body.          

Low Impact: Our Low-impact class is ideal for individuals in rehab, who have had joint replacements and it is good for strengthening weak areas.

Note: Registration is required for all classes. Members may only reserve ONE class per day.

ADULT SWIM LESSONS

It is never too late to learn to love the water. Private lessons available for any level.

MASTERS (Resumes 10/31/23)

A Coach led workout for fitness swimmers or triathletes (ages 18+).

ADULT STROKE CLINIC

Individual stroke correction. Sessions are 30 min. Fee: $20 Annual Member/$25 Monthly Member
