Aquatic Fitness Classes
We offer fitness classes six days a week. Please check our program page regularly to see which class is scheduled each day. If a substitute instructor is teaching, the class format may vary.
We provide a wide variety of classes, ranging from low-impact options to full-body, high-intensity workouts. As with any exercise program, we recommend consulting your physician before beginning. All programs require completion of the Contact Form and registration. Members may reserve one class per day.

Aquatic Program Descriptions
Aqua Core – Designed to tone and tighten the core muscles while improving strength, balance and flexibility.
Deep Water Boot Camp – Improves balance, strength and flexibility in a challenging deep-water environment. Expect the unexpected!
Full Body Blast – A shallow-water, high-intensity workout focused on core, posture, balance and strength—without added joint stress. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels.
Hydro-Pump & Cardio – A fun Saturday morning class set to popular music, combining upper and lower body cardio conditioning.
Low Impact – Ideal for individuals in rehabilitation or those who have had joint replacements. A gentle class focused on strengthening weak areas.
Water exercise is joint-friendly and accessible to all fitness levels, including non-swimmers. All participants are encouraged to modify movements to match their personal needs and abilities.
