Sussex Academy kindergarteners welcomed a special guest Nov. 21 – Pete the Cat!

Pete the Cat, star of the popular children’s books, visited Sussex Academy thanks to Read Aloud Delaware. Pete visited with children while Read Aloud Delaware volunteer PJ Kotowski read the Eric Litwin book, “Pete the Cat and his Four Groovy Buttons.”

Students were able to high-five or fist-bump the beloved character at the end of the session.
