Application Process

School Applications- Applications for potential SY19 students who are currently in grades 5 and 8, more specifically-- those who are interested in joining our school as grade 6 or 9  students in Aug./Sept. 2018, can be submitted any time between November 6, 2017 and January 10, 2018. Sussex Academy utilitizes the services of the Data Services Center for application submission and processing. Our admissions application can be accessed online at https://www.schoolchoicede.org/Apply/SussexAcademy .

How Can I Get An Application?
Access on online application at
https://www.schoolchoicede.org/Apply/SussexAcademy or download an application from the list below. To ensure capability with all computer configurations, our applications are available for downloading and printing as PDF files. Remember, applications received prior to November 6, 2017 for students entering grades 6 or 9 in the fall of 2018 will be returned. If you do not have internet access, the applications below can be submitted for students who are currently in grades 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9.  Please note that the application now has two parts that must be completed prior to submission-- the DOE Standard Application AND the Sussex Academy Supplementary Application.
